Gateway Support and Care Ltd provides supported accommodation located in Newport, Wales.

 

 

We are a registered domiciliary care provider who regularly work with health boards and local councils in Wales to provide tailored care and support to individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and substance misuse issues.

 

We support people to achieve their maximum potential.

 

Our person-centred, holistic and recovery focused approach to care and support helps enable people to thrive in their recovery.

We aim to develop the skills and confidence of our service users - helping them achieve greater independence.

We are able to support people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and substance misuse issues who are aged 18 and over and who do not require physically secure accommodation.

 

More specifically, we support those with anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, depression, mood disorders, self-harm behaviour, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, and substance misuse backgrounds.

We provide care for those who find it difficult to function successfully and independently in the community without additional residential support and rehabilitation.
